Coaching Program and Project Managers

At SABCONS, we go beyond knowledge upgradation done through targeted training sessions and facilitated workshops. Our coaching services are aligned to consolidate the concepts learnt in the training sessions, by supplementing with ‘on the job’ support and guidance through periodic interventions over an extended duration that will be customized to the situational context.

SABCONS' consultants will:

  • Assess what the client expectations for the improvement in capability building of project/program managers are, particularly the prioritized improvement focus of the client’s senior management.
  • Identify the tools (simple ones to begin with) to meet those expectations. Work on capability building in two phases; phase 1, which includes content-driven training sessions/workshops, and phase 2, which includes periodic support and guidance interactions for 4–6 months.
  • Enable the development of managerial and leadership competencies at the level of individuals and teams within the organization.
  • Ensure that our coaching-led capability building service enables the development of managerial and leadership competencies at the level of individuals and teams within the organization.
