M.R. Sriprasad is a trusted name in the sphere of Project Management consulting and training in India. With his inimitable sense of humor, he has a flair for teaching hard-core project management concepts in a simple yet effective manner in his highly interactive workshops. His distinctive and innovative coaching style has won him recognition globally. He was invited to co-present the PMI Global Congress in Budapest, Hungary.
In 2006, he conducted 50 five-day programs in 52 weeks – an affirmation of his tireless passion. He also has the unique distinction of delivering more than 100 programs to a single MNC. To date, he has successfully conducted more than 500 workshops.
An alumnus of BITS Pilani, he has worked on several landmark projects across the country and abroad. Addressing the need to train project managers for higher efficiency and effectiveness, he founded SABCONS in 1995. A professional with exemplary business acumen, he has steered SABCONS through challenging global economic conditions.
Dr. Sushil Sinha
Director – Education and Research
Dr. Sushil Sinha is a Technical Expert and heads the Education and Research Division at SABCONS. His 35+ years of rich industry experience ranges from Business Process Improvement, Quality management, Software Engineering Standards, System Engineering to technical expertise in Flight Dynamics and Aerospace Guidance. His uniqe workshop on "Managing Complex Programs" oriented towards PgMP Certification is well received by the senior program/project practitioners.
With extensive service across both Government and IT sectors, Dr Sushil Sinha has been associated with ISRO, DRDO and Texas Instruments. At ISRO Headquarters, he was instrumental in coordinating policy level directions to all ISRO Centres and providing a framework for software development and operational directions. For his outstanding technical competency and innovation at Texas Instruments, he had been elected on the ‘Technical Ladder’- a highly coveted recognition!
A Doctorate and Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering from the prestigious IISC Bangalore and an Engineer from REC Jamshedpur – Dr. Sushil Sinha is one of the first PMPs in the country and also the first batch PMP trainee of SABCONS.

Rathinakumar Balasubramanian, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM
Head - Agile practice
Rathinakumar holds about 15 years of rich experience in traditional and Agile project management practices at organisations like Infosys, Accelrys and Valtech India. He has successfully managed large IT programs, projects and accounts for several Fortune 100 companies across USA and the UK. His experience includes developing Agile transformational teams, establishing Agile processes, Agile product development, saving troubled projects and setting up the Project Management Office.
With an innate passion for cutting-edge project management education, Rathinakumar has coached and trained scores of project practitioners in Agile methodologies. He has also authored several white papers and presented insights on Agile project management at various international forums, including the PMI India conference on the topic 'Succeeding in distributed Agile projects'. A certified PMP, PMI-ACP (PMI-Agile Certified Professional) and Certified Scrum Master, Rathinakumar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Sabita Prasad

To understand why people behave the way they do is Sabita’s forte. A coach, counselor and trainer on human behavior, she wears many hats at SABCONS. Her unique approach blends the best of western psychology and eastern philosophy. In her interaction with people from all over the world, she has empowered them - both professionally and personally.
Sabita is also a visiting consultant at Arogyadhama. a holistic healing centre. Her articles on Human behaviour have been published in major newspaers. Her paper presentation on Gender Harmony & Communication at work was awarded runner up prize at Project Management Institute India Conference at Hyderabad held in November 2009.
Sabita holds a double masters in Science and has graduated with a Gold Medal in Counseling Psychotherapy. Her other passions include Toastmasters and being with nature.
Sudha Jayaram

Her achievements include providing consulting services and heading an outsourced Data Infrastructure group as an expatriate of a US based MNC and working in a centralized IT department managing CTI based application development, databases and reporting solutions for Fortune 500 clientele and helping around 40 outsourced call centers located in USA, Philippines, Dominican Republic and Uruguay achieve their KPIs.

Devmitra Biswas, PMP

Strong communication skills and superior organizational abilities are the two assets that set Devmitra apart. At SABCONS, she has successfully conducted multiple MS Project programs for individual and corporate participants. With her innate ability to logically analyse various scenarios and her skills in easily blending project management concepts with the MS Project, Devmitra has helped many project professionals understand, appreciate and utilize the software better.
Prior to SABCONS, Devmitra has successfully performed a variety of roles such as Project Manager, Consultant and Team Member at leading organizations like Tata Consultancy Services and Infosys Technologies Ltd. Her achievements include managing and motivating teams of 50+ people as well as overseeing the entire offshore development process of an enterprise-wide software project, which was awarded the Best Managed Project Award at Infosys.
A Post Graduate in Management from the IIM, Lucknow, Devmitra has specialized in Marketing, Information Technology and Human Resources. She has also authored papers for national level B-school competitions.
Dipti Trivedi, PMP

Dipti Trivedi is a Certified Project Management Professional and MCP-MCTS (Microsoft Certified Professional – Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist) – on MS Project Server 2007.
At SABCONS, Dipti has successfully conducted multiple MS Project blended with relevant Project Management concepts workshops both for Corporate organizations and public workshops.
Dipti has an overall 15+ years of technical training experience inclusive of 9+ years of project/program management experience. She has lead, mentored and coached diverse global teams and conducted project and team assessments, defined learning requirements, facilitated and organised learning project and team structures and resolved problems. She has Cross Culture communications experience with national & international clients especially Japanese clientele.
Dipti has trained 500+ Japanese officials including 50+ on Project Management modules in her last job as Head-Technical Services at Softbridge Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Prior to Softbridge she was Project Manager (IT) at AT&T Technology Park and IT Operations Manger at Chrysalis. A self motivated professional, she has an eye for details and strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Dipti is actively associated with PMI Pune Deccan Chapter. With a Computer Engineering background, she has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management fromPuneUniversity.
Tanuja D. Rao
