Q. What is the basic difference between your two programs - Software Project Management and Professional Project Management?
A. In both of the above-mentioned programs, the course content is based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge, published by the PMI, USA. But the focus is different. The professional Project Management program is totally examination focused. The course prepares Project Managers and Engineers who wish to take the PMP Certification examination conducted by the PMI, USA. Sample questions & answers are discussed.
In the Software Project Management program participants learn and apply project management concepts published by the PMI, USA on a live software project.
