M. R. Sriprasad is a graduate of the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from the 1977 batch. He obtained the Project Management Professional Certification in 1998.

Santhosh heads the Consulting Division of SABCONS. Santhosh has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He has held senior management positions in top IT consulting and services organization such as Accenture and Infosys Technologies for 10 years, prior to moving into a full time consultancy in project management. Santhosh is passionate on project management and has managed large software development projects / programs and lead delivery organization managing multiple accounts and projects for international and domestic clients. Some of the other key initiatives undertaken by Santhosh during his tenure in corporate are:

Set up project management office for a 1500+ strong business unit and lead the      business operation for the unit.

Worked as offshore transition manager for a large application outsourcing      engagement (1200+).

Delivery champion for setting up project management competency centre at Infosys      Technologies.

Apart from working in large corporate organizations, he also had exposure to start-up companies, small and medium software services organization and government IT organization. Santhosh is a post graduate in Digital Electronics and has undergone various certifications like PMP from PMI and CSQA.

Sabita has a double masters in Science and in Counseling Psychotherapy. She has been practicing Emotional Counseling for over 8 years.

Sabita has applied her Counseling Skills to deal with human issues in organizations in leading IT Organizations. Currently Sabita is practicing as a Psychotherapist at SVYASA, a holistic healing centre. Her articles on Human Behaviour have been published in major newspapers.

Sabita has been awarded an International Certificate in Training Skills by City and Guilds Group, London, UK and is a certified "Competent Toastmaster" by Toastmasters International, USA.
