Essentials Goals and Scope The workshop covers the fundamentals of project/program diagnostics applying the Project Health Check tool. The emphasis of project health check is to ascertain how well a project is being managed applying 67 indicators that characterise 18 core managerial functions on projects/programs of significant size. It assesses whether the capabilities are adequate and whether the project or program is being managed at the desired level, e.g. in terms of governance and leadership, planning and control, information & communication managementas well as finance, customers and markets, sdtakeholders, technology etc. The report displays managerial perfromance against defined targets. It can be benchmarked at different levels of practice. It has been designed to promote a proactiveapproach rather than reactive, and if applied prudently and regularly, it has the potential to improve the project performance substantially and shorten delivery time and reduce costs. The workshop will cover the following:
